De la partida de setenta mil pesos ($ 70,000), a que se refiere el inciso 31 del artículo 5.º de la Ley 70 de 1916 se tomarán veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) con los cuales se aumentará la partida destinada a la vía del N.O., a que se refiere el inciso 5.º de los mismos artículos y Ley ya citados.
