Los Bancos de Tierras no estarán obligados a enajenar los inmuebles que adquieran, dentro del término previsto en el artículo 33 de la presente ley, cuando se trate de aquellos adquiridos para los fines establecidos en los literales c), d), e) y k) del artículo 10.
