Financiación. A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto las entidades territoriales certificadas en educación deberán apropiar los recursos necesarios para la implementación del Apoyo Académico Especial, los cuales serán financiados con recurso del Sistema General de Participaciones y con recursos propios de las entidades territoriales.
