Transferencia de Bienes Muebles . A partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil transferirá a título gratuito y por ministerio de la ley, los bienes muebles, que actualmente tiene en uso exclusivo los servidores del Consejo Nacional Electoral, para lo cual las partes suscribirán las actas correspondientes de entrega acompañadas de los respectivos inventarios.
