Los Procuradores Judiciales con funciones de intervención en los procesos agrarios actuarán ante las salas civiles y agrarias de los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial y ante los juzgados de circuito y municipales, los tribunales de arbitramento que adelanten procesos agrarios y demás autoridades que señale la ley.
