Del impedimento o de la recusación de un Magistrado de Tribunal Disciplinario conocerán los restantes, actuando como sustanciador el que siga de turno.

Si en la recusación hubiere hechos que probar, se abrirá a prueba el incidente por un término de ocho (8) días, tres para que el recursante las pida, y cinco para practicarlas, vencido el cual el Tribunal decidirá dentro delos dos días siguientes, sin que quepa recurso alguno contra su providencia.
