Para que una institución pueda obtener la autorización oficial para prestar el servicio educativo no formal, deberá

Hacer la solicitud por escrito ante la respectiva Secretaría de Educación Departamental o Distrital, por intermedio de su representante legal, y

Proporcionar la información necesaria sobre la infraestructura física, la dotación y los medios educativos, de acuerdo con los programas que ofrezca, como también sobre la organización administrativa, pedagógica y financiera de la institución Esta información se presentará de acuerdo con las orientaciones e instrucciones que al respecto impartan el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y las Secretarías de Educación Departamentales y Distritales.
