º . A partir del 1º de enero de 2008, los funcionarios que laboren en las estaciones monitoras y que desempeñen el cargo de Celador Código 5320, cualquiera que sea el Grado de remuneración, tendrán derecho a un auxilio de transporte intermunicipal de sesenta y seis mil trescientos ochenta y cinco pesos ($66.385) moneda corriente mensuales. Si el Ministerio suministra el transporte, no habrá lugar a este reconocimiento.
