Adiciónese el Decreto 1748 de 1995 con el siguiente artículo, el cual será el número 64 del Decreto 1748 de 1995: Para efectos del depósito de Bonos Pensionales emitidos por la Nación, el título representativo de la emisión, consistirá en el acta de la emisión correspondiente la cual será complementada con la información que le remita la Oficina de Obligaciones Pensionales del Ministerio de Hacienda a la administradora del depósito, en los términos del Decreto 437 de 1992.
