Art. 24.º Para comprobar los Generales, Jefes y Oficiales que la invalidez se adquirió en servicio del Gobierno, deberán presentar también tres certificaciones de Jefes ó declaraciones juradas de testigos presénciales, levantadas con las formalidades legales ante Juez competente, ó ante alguno de los Estados Mayores del Ejercito de la Nación.
