LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR
Artículo 116. Los fallos de primera instancia en los procesos disciplinarios serán apelables dentro de los tres días siguientes a su notificación, en el efecto suspensivo tratándose de funcionarios y en el devolutivo tratándose de empleados y serán consultados si no se interpusiere apelación.
