La confesión extrajudicial es prueba deficiente o incompleta y su fuerza es mayor o menor según la naturaleza y las circunstancias que la rodeen, y puede hasta tener mérito deplena prueba, si a juicio del Juez, no queda duda alguna acerca de la confesión misma.
