Estatuto del Personal Docente. El Estatuto del Personal Docente que expida el Consejo Directivo, previo concepto del Consejo Académico Nacional, contendrá entre otros los siguientes temas

a)

Sistema de selección y vinculación por concurso;

b)

Clasificación y dedicación;

c)

Promoción basada en la formación la producción académica y la evaluación;

d)

Régimen de derechos, obligaciones, inhabilidades e incompatibilidades;

e)

Situaciones administrativas, distinciones y estímulos;

f)

Sistema de evaluación;

g)

Garantía de las libertades de cátedra, investigación y asociación;

h)

El régimen de bienestar.
