Artículo octavo. El Personero del Municipio donde esté situada la casa que vaya a entregarse a los beneficiarios, intervendrá en las negociaciones respectivas con el objeto de garantizar la adquisición legal de la casa, de comprobar su valor real y cerciorarse de su buena construcción. El patrono le suministrará los documentos, datos, etc. que sean necesarios para este efecto.
