Factor para determinar la tarifa. De conformidad con el artículo 6° de la Ley 105 de 1993 el único factor que podrán tener en cuenta las autoridades competentes del orden Metropolitano, Distrital y Municipal para la fijación de las tarifas del transporte es el costo del transporte metropolitano y/o urbano incluyendo el costo de “recuperación de capital”.

(Decreto 105 de 1995, artículo 1°).
