ARTICULO 1.8.6.0.4 . - ASUNCION DE OBLIGACIONES. Cuando el Gobierno asuma la deuda de una institución de crédito con el Banco de la República por virtud de la nacionalización, convendrá con el banco su refinanciación dentro de condiciones similares a las previstas en el contrato de consolidación de la deuda interna celebrado en desarrollo del artículo 7º de la Ley 22 de 1973, de manera que los vencimientos de las nuevas obligaciones a cargo del Gobierno coincidan con el programa de amortizaciones previsto para la deuda consolidada.
