Todas las instituciones financieras podrán prestar aquellos de los servicios de centrales de valores que sean estrictamente necesarios para los efectos del Artículo 20 de esta Ley; en tal evento, y para estos propósitos, quedarán sometidas al control de la Superintendencia Nacional de Valores, que lo ejercerá en consulta y con la colaboración de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
