La operación del juego de apuestas en eventos deportivos, gallísticos, caninos, y similares, a través de terceros, es aquella que se realiza por personas jurídicas, mediante contratos de concesión celebrados con la Empresa Territorial para la Salud, Etesa, en los términos de la Ley 80 de 1993.
