Entrega De La Renta Básica Solidaria

Decreto 514 de 2025 · por el cual se reglamenta y compilan las normas del Sistema de Protección Social Integral para la Vejez, Invalidez y Muerte de origen común, contemplado en la Ley 2381 de 2024 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Entrega de la renta básica solidaria. El pago a los beneficiarios se realizará conforme al ciclo operativo y las condiciones que establezca para tal efecto el Departamento Administrativo para la Prosperidad Social. En todo caso, se liquidará el monto correspondiente hasta 12 ciclos de pago por vigencia fiscal a cada beneficiario.

Parágrafo

La entrega de la Renta Básica Solidaria estará condicionada a la disponibilidad presupuestal en consonancia con el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo y el Marco de Gasto de Mediano Plazo.
