Modificación de la licencia ambiental . La licencia ambiental podrá ser modificada total o parcialmente en los siguientes casos

A solicitud del beneficiario, en consideración a la variación de las condiciones existentes al momento de otorgar la licencia ambiental.

Por iniciativa de la autoridad ambiental competente, cuando se hayan variado las circunstancias existentes al momento de otorgarla.

Cuando se pretendan variar las condiciones de uso, aprovechamiento o afectación de un recurso natural renovable, consagradas en la licencia ambiental.
