° Las refinerías, plantas de abastecimiento de combustibles sólo abastecerán a los carrotanques los productos mencionados en el presente Decreto, cuando posean el correspondiente registro ante el Intra o la entidad que haga sus veces, de conformidad con las normas vigentes. Las refinerías, plantas de abastecimiento de combustibles, grandes consumidores y estaciones de servicio, sólo recibirán los productos mencionados en el presente Decreto, cuando los carrotanques posean el registro ante el Intra o la entidad que haga sus veces y la factura o guía de transporte de que tratan los artículos 1° y 2° del presente Decreto.
