Art. 5.º Tanto el catedrático principal como el sustituto cuando le haya, emplearán diariamente cuatro horas por lo menos en la instruccion de las clases reunidas de que traia el artículo 3.º Corresponde al Rector de la Escuela señalar las horas en que deban dictarse las lecciones, i distribuir el tiempo que debe emplearse en la enseñanza diaria de cada materia.
