Art. 3.° Si ocurriese el caso de que el Poder Ejecutivo ordenare la remesa de alguna suma de una á otra oficina, so describirán las operaciones siguientes: La remitente debitará la cuenta de "Remesas" y acreditará la de "Caja;" Si fuere que se reciban fondos de otra oficina, se cargará la cuenta de "Caja" y se abonará la de "Remesas."
