COLISION DURANTE LA INVESTIGACION Y EL JUZGAMIENTO. Si la comisión de competencia se provoca durante la investigación, no se suspenderá ésta ni se anulará lo actuado, cualquiera que sea la decisión. Si la colisión se provoca durante el juzgamiento, se suspenderá éste mientras se decida aquélla, pero las nulidades a que hubiere lugar sólo podrán ser decretadas por el funcionario en quien quede radicada la competencia.
