° Los Jueces de Rentas son funcionarios de instrucción en las materias de su competencia, y pueden comisionar a los Jueces de Circuito y a los Municipales, a los Intendentes, Comisarios, Prefectos, Alcaldes y Corregidores para la práctica de diligencias, conforme a las reglas generales.
