CAUSALES DE RETIRO . El retiro del servicio activo de los Agentes de la Policía Nacional se clasifica según su forma y causales, así: Retiro temporal: Por solicitud propia. Por disposición del Director General de la Policía Nacional. Por disminución de la capacidad sicofísica para la actividad policial. Por conducta deficiente. Retiro absoluto: Por incapacidad absoluta y permanente o gran invalidez. Por haber cumplido la edad de sesenta (60) años.
