Art. 1913 La acción de saneamiento por evicción prescribe en cuatro años; mas por lo tocante a la sola restitución del precio, prescribe según las reglas generales.

Se contará el tiempo desde la fecha de la sentencia de evicción; o si ésta no hubiere llegado a pronunciarse, desde la restitución de la cosa.
