El funcionario judicial que otorgó el beneficio lo revocará cuando encuentre que se ha incumplido alguna de las obligaciones impuestas, se ha incurrido en el delito de fuga de presos o en falta grave contra el régimen penitenciario, durante el respectivo período de prueba.
