Art. 33. Los colombianos que se enganchen para ir a servir como militares en alguno de los bandos beligerantes de la Nación, Estado o Provincia limítrofe de Colombia, cuando dicha Nación, Estado o Provincia se hallen en guerra intestina, a su regreso a Colombia serán juzgados y castigados como responsables de delito contra el orden público.
