º . Modifíquese el artículo 5º del Decreto 3066 de 2008, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 5º. Cuantía del Subsidio : El valor máximo del subsidio familiar de vivienda de que trata este decreto, en la modalidad de adquisición de vivienda nueva o construcción en sitio propio, será de veintidós (22 SMMLV) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes para vivienda urbana y de dieciocho (18 SMMLV) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes para vivienda rural y en la modalidad de mejoramiento, reparación y reforzamiento estructural será de once y medio (11.5 SMMLV) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes para vivienda urbana y de catorce (14 SMMLV) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes para vivienda rural, sin consideración alguna respecto del puntaje del Sisbén obtenido por el hogar postulante".
