En las facturas se debe especificar el tipo de servicio que se cobra entre otros, roaming, servicio suplementarios, de valor agregado, tiempo utilizado y los demás cargos a que haya lugar. Cuando se utilice la Red Telefónica Pública Conmutada de Larga Distancia RTPCLD, se deberán indicar los números llamados de destino y el tiempo de cada llamada.
