° Concédese a la ciudad del Rosario de Cúcuta un ausilio de ocho mil pesos ($ 8,000) del Tesoro nacional para proveer de agua la nueva poblacion. Esta cantidad se considerará como incluida en el Presupuesto da gastos que se espida para la vijencia económica de 1876 a 1877.
