Art. 238. Lo dispuesto en los artículos 239 i 240 de este Código se cumplirá en los respectivos casos de tránsito para Maracaibo, escepto en la parte que el primero de dichos artículos se refiere a las secciones 4. a i 5. a de este capítulo, porque para las mercancías procedentes de la Aduana del Táchira no habrá depósito en Cúcuta, sino únicamente paso para Maracaibo, o destino al consumo de Colombia.
