º El Consejo Nacional de Agricultura creado por el artículo 2 º de la Ley 132 de 1931 , se compondrá de cinco miembros nombrados así: uno por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio; uno por la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros; uno por la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, y dos que se escogerán a la suerte, por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio, entre los candidatos que presente las distintas sociedades departamentales de agricultores.

Parágrafo

Los miembros del Consejo, con sus respectivos suplentes, serán nombrados por un período de dos años, y podrán ser reelegidos indefinidamente.
