Los aportes nacionales para desarrollo regional a hospitales, puestos de salud e instituciones de asistencia social se girarán a los Sindicos, Asistentes Administrativos o Tesoreros de las entidades favorecidas, por conducto de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, ante los cuales se comprobará el cumplimientos de los requisitos contemplados en el artículo 42 de la presente Ley, dando aviso al Ministerio de Salud.
