Art. 49. Todo individuo que oficial ó particularmente tuviere noticia de la infracción de los artículos precedentes, dará noticia de ello á la autoridad ó corporación que deba imponer la multa de que tales artículos tratan, con el fin de que se imponga la pena respectiva.
