Prima geográfica. El Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil, de acuerdo con la reglamentación establecida en el Decreto número 2372 de 1994, otorgará una prima geográfica, sin carácter salarial, a los funcionarios cuyos cargos estén ubicados en zonas de difícil acceso, clima malsano o alto riesgo por violencia, mientras subsistan tales factores.
