Practicado el avalúo, el Administrador lo pondrá en conocimiento de las partes y del Agente del Ministerio Público por el término común de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas. Durante dicho término, podrán pedir que sea aclarado, ampliado o explicado y así lo ordenará el Administrador, señalando un término improrrogable de veinticuatro (24) horas, para tal efecto. El Administrador, de oficio, podrá ordenar la aclaración o explicación dentro de igual término.
