Los concesionarios del Servicio Comunitario de Radiodifusión Sonora deberán prestar colaboración al Ministerio de Comunicaciones en la realización de proyectos y estrategias de comunicación social que dinamicen la participación de la comunidad en la solución de sus problemas, su integración en el proceso de desarrollo social y económico del país y su expresión cultural.
