Se prohibe el transporte de tabaco durante la noche sin permiso escrito del respectivo agente de renta. Por el hecho de violar esta disposición, se incurrirá en na multa de $ 5 a $ 20 oro, sin perjuicio de la pena que corresponda al fraude, si lo hubiere. Esta multa sera aplicada por el respectivo Recaudador.
