º Los Viajes De Estudio Al Exterior De Los Investigadores Nacionales Que Ostenten La Calidad De Empleados Oficiales Serán Autorizados Por El Ministro, Jefe De Departamento Administrativo O Representante Legal De La Entidad Respectiva, Mediante Resolución Motivada

º Los viajes de estudio al exterior de los investigadores nacionales que ostenten la calidad de empleados oficiales serán autorizados por el Ministro, Jefe de Departamento Administrativo o representante legal de la entidad respectiva, mediante resolución motivada.

Parágrafo

El representante legal de la entidad descentralizada presentará un informe a la respectiva Junta o Consejo sobre la expedición de las resoluciones de que trata este artículo, en la sesión siguiente a la fecha de su expedición.
