El régimen de vacaciones para los funcionarios y empleados de la Procuraduría General de la Nación será el previsto en el artículo 8º. del Decreto 542 de 1977, con excepción de los Procuradores Delegados en lo penal y en lo civil.

Parágrafo

El Procurador General de la Nación podrá determinar en cada caso y según las necesidades del servicio, los funcionarios que puedan tomar las vacaciones colectivas o individuales al tenor del Decreto 542 de 1977.
