Saldos por ejecutar. Los saldos por ejecutar de las reservas presupuestales constituidas en la presente vigencia que amparan compromisos de vigencias anteriores de las entidades objeto de la presente reestructuración, serán trasladados al Instituto Colombiano de Investigación Cultural una vez se encuentre adoptada su planta de personal y se hayan realizado las incorporaciones necesarias. Hasta este momento, el Instituto Colombiano de Cultura Hispánica y el Ministerio de Cultura continuarán dando cumplimiento al trámite y pago de las mencionadas reservas.
