Con relación a lo previsto en el numeral cuarto del artículo segundo y en el inciso segundo del artículo tercero de la Ley 190 de 1995, el Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública suministrará a las entidades la información que actualmente posea o que vaya incorporando paulatinamente al Sistema Unico de Información de Personal. En todo caso la información deberá ser solicitada por el Representante Legal, por el Jefe de Personal o por quien haga sus veces.
