La calificación de que trata el presente Decreto no limita a la administración tributaria para verificar la veracidad de la información en que se basó dicha calificación, y cuando fuere del caso solicitar al Comité la revocatoria de la resolución de calificación. Una vez producida dicha revocatoria la Administración procederá a liquidar los impuestos y a aplicar las sanciones tributarias correspondientes.
