º Las prohibiciones a que se refieren los literales a) y c) del artículo 2.1.3.2.7. del Estatuto orgánico del Sistema Financiero no se extienden a que las sociedades administradoras utilicen los recursos de los fondos de cesantía para realizar operaciones de reporto activas, o comprar y mantener cartera avalada o garantizada por entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria autorizadas para el efecto.
