CONSEJO DIRECTIVO. El Consejo directivo del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario estará integrado por:

1.

1. El Ministro de Justicia o el Viceministro de Justicia, quien lo presidirá.

2.

2. El Fiscal General de la Nación o su delegado.

3.

3. El Director de la Policía Nacional o su delegado.

4.

4. El Secretario General del Ministerio de Justicia.

5.

5. El Jefe de la Oficina de Planeación del Ministerio de Justicia.

6.

6. Un representante del Presidente de la República.

El Defensor del Pueblo o su delegado, así como un representante de las asociaciones industriales o comerciales existentes podrán ser invitados a las sesiones del Consejo, con voz, pero sin voto.

Paragraph (parágrafo)

PARÁGRAFO. El Director General tendrá voz pero no voto en las sesiones del Consejo Directivo.
