º . Fijar, a partir del primero (1º) de enero del año dos mil cuatro (2004), el auxilio de transporte a cargo de los empleadores, a que tienen derecho los servidores públicos y los trabajadores particulares que devenguen un salario mensual básico hasta dos (2) veces el salario mínimo legal mensual vigente, en la suma de cuarenta y un mil seiscientos pesos ($41.600) moneda corriente mensuales; el cual se pagará en todos los lugares del país donde se preste el servicio público de transporte.
