Artículo quinto. Las zonas ocupadas por el Ferrocarril Troncal de Occidente y por la Variante de Arjona, cuyo valor no haya sido pagado, podrán ser devueltas por el Consejo de Ferrocarriles a sus propietarios, siempre que renuncien a todo reclamo.
