Para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley, se incluirá la cantidad de quinientos pesos mil pesos ($500.000.00) en el Presupuesto de gastos de cada vigencia, con imputación al Ministerio de Educación Nacional durante diez (10) años consecutivos que comenzaran a contarse desde el 1o. de enero de 1959.
